Hi,

My fiance had his interview today in lisbon. They were very rude to him, and he was told that he needed some more documents and that all he needed to do was mail them and they would approve his visa. They told him to get a police certificate from the UK since he lived there for 9 months, but we previously emailed them about it once we had our NOA2 and they told us that he only needed a police certificate from countries that he's lived in for over 12 months. The documents that came with his packet 3 also stated this so we did not think that he was going to need it.

I am just wondering if anyone knows how he can get the police certificate from the UK if he's living in portugal right now and how long the process takes?

This is really frustrating :(

thanks for your help..
