Hey guys,

So I got married last week and im just getting the last bits of paperwork ready to send my AOS packet off. I was just wondering...There are the 3 main forms to be sent off, I485, I131 and I765. These all require 2 passport photos and a certified copy of the marriage certificate. Are these requirements only written for if you are sending them separately? Or do I really need 6 photos and 3 copies of the cert?

What has everyone else sent who has completed the AOS process?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Have a great day :D

The wording has changed for the requirements, the copies do not need to be certified for your marriage certificate, just copies. When I did my AOS, I sent in a copy for the I-485, plus a copy with my AP and EAD applications, to show proof of my new, married name. They weren't asked for, but I thought it would be a good idea.
