Never received an RFE for not including I-693

When I spoke to the immigration officer about my RFE about the I-864, he informed me that if they wanted to see an I-693 they would have sent out all the RFE's at the same time. That means that I won't be getting an RFE for not including the I-693! All I did was include the vaccination supplement. I'm so happy that we won't have to shell out more money to pay a civil surgeon to do more hassle.

I think for K-1 holders it is more likely better to take the risk and not include the I-693. That way, if they don't ask for it, you won't have to go through that extra money and hassle. And if they happen to ask for it, then of course you have to go through with it. The only downside going this route is that an RFE can delay your case that much longer.

All I did was include a letter with my vaccination sheet from my medical in my country for the k-1. The letter said basically that im filing with in the 1year validity period of the medical and my medical is still current. Included a copy of the bill for the medical too to prove the date and had no RFE.
