hi every1, not sure if this ever happened to anybody. I'm looking for a solution to fix this problem (havn't talk with USCIS yet).

we filed the I751, and USCIS told us on email that they accepted the packet and gave us a receipt number, said the letter is on the way.

waited and waited, letter didn't come in (I used my company's commercial address for mailing address), later on found out that the letter actually

did came in, but I was off on that day, it was addressed to my wife's name. co-workers didn't recognize her name so refused the letter, and it

got returned to USCIS.

what can I do right now, would USCIS try resend the NOA?

This is not a huge deal and can be fixed. Just be prepared to bend over backwards for these people. You know they do not own up to their own mistakes so they will flex their muscles now that you have to tell them YOU made a mistake. Be prepared to answer the same questions over and again why you did not use your home address where you and your spouse are supposed to be living. Try not to sound frustrated when dealing with them. Unfortunately it happened and you'd have to call them and tell them what happened. They may drag their feet but they will have to re-send the mail to you.

Call them and be apologetic and they will send it. Good luck. Let us know how it goes.
