Good Day Everyone! Me and my husband are confused of the RFE that we got today on I-693. I arrived here last Oct. 31, 2009 got the vaccination in the Phil and all. We're now confused of what the USCIS need. Here's the notice---

"You have indicated that you last entered the United States as a K or V non-immigrant. Please submit a properly completed and signed copy of the medical exam conducted overseas on Form DS-2053, Medical Examination for immigrant or Refugee Applicant, for the applicant on Form I-485.

If you do not have a completed Form DS-2053, please submit a properly completed and signed Form I-693, Report of MEdical Examination and Vaccination Record, (Rev. 06/05/08 or later) for the applicant on Form I-485. The medical examination must be conducted by a civil surgeon who has been designated by USCIS and must be issuedwithin one year of filing Form I-485.

We had the civil surgeon transcribe my Vaccination Record from the Phil (St. Lukes). But what else they need from us?

They didn't specify what they need... Please help us...

We were thinking of doing the whole thing again plus the TB, PE and Syphilis that the secretary of the CS advice us to do. We also called the USCIS military help line if they can tell us what they need, but we got nothing. They just said to send I-693 again. Please help us, we're in dire need of help. Thank you in advance.

Happy easter in advance! God bless;-0

Sincerely,

Reina Wagner

You're Gods' wonderful blessing... I'm so happy to be with my baby, dog eddie, mom and dog molly...

Extremely happy with my married life, but we're praying for a baby this 2010, so help us GOD....

It sounds as if there was possibly an error when the civil surgeon filled out the form. Maybe they forgot to sign it..... Have you looked at your copy to see if there was a simple error like that?

Good evening everybody!!! Thank you for the quick replies... I already figure it out... There are a lot of mistakes that the CS made in my I-693... There are a lot of new forms or pages that were lacking from his I-693. Good thing I have a friend that filed ahead of us so I have a comparison of the forms and how her CS filled up hers. This CS just sucks bigtime... Now I have to pay again and that cause us delay to the process... Oh well... Thank you everyone!!! happy easter in advance!!! God bless :innocent:
