confused about AOS application...any help?pls...

Good day everyone,

I had started already filling up some forms (I-485,G-325A),and just little bit confused about the address and status,what should i put there?my present address (here in the US) or my address back home? and should i put my single status as i came here or married as i am now?(i came here last dec.09,2009 and we just got married last month)...in addition,with the A#,is it the one that can be found at the back page of I-94?

??? I assume you are living in the US? Put the address where you are now living. And you must be married to file for AOS so state that too. The A# is on your petition approval notice and maybe other documents too (possibly even your visa).

The address should be USA address where you are currently living.

Your status should be "married" as you can file AOS only if you were married.

A# can be found in your K-1 Approval Notice (I-797) : beneficiary A#
