Now I wonder what should I start with?

I am getting ready for I-130 but then I saw other people online was doing different forum after it.

Should I get K3? IR-1/CR-1? or just forum I-485 and I-765? I am a little confused

Please help, Thank you and wish wish all you guys a great day there :)

Your wife is there in the U.S. with you? She entered on a J-1?

File for Adjustment Of Status. Read the guides. The I-130 and I-485 are a good place to start.

There's a separate forum for it.

No, no.

There's a bunch of other forms. For the EAD, AP and the medical. I can't think of them as the top of my head. But look for them.

Read the guides on how to Adjust your Status from a tourist, work, student visa.

Does your wife have the 2 year HRR?

You only need a visa to ENTER the U.S. Since she is already in there, she doesn't need one. She will adjust her status off her J-1 to that of a LPR.

Btw, thankyou! Good luck to you guys as well. READ THE GUIDES.
