Hi, another quick question from me.

I am filling out my I-131 - Request for advance Parole. In section 3, part 3. it says "Name of DHS Office" and has a blank field for you to fill out. All of the sample forms seem to leave this part blank. I'm assuming DHS office means "Dept. of Homeland Security", but how do I know what this is? Is it the same as the USCIS office I am filling my AOS with (Chicago) or is it my local city (Buffalo)? i'm confused about this and don't want to leave it blank.

thanks guys.

The question is asking (it's two-part) if you/anyone included on the application is in removal proceedings (etc) - yes or no. If 'Yes', which DHS office - presumably if this applied to you, you would know which office.

Otherwise, if you answered "no", you would leave this part blank.
