You mean I could even touch it and my fingers won't fall off or turn black or something? Who would have thought that particular piece of skin would be just as harmless as any other piece of skin?

Don't ask me. Tell me. :bonk:

Wonderful for Britian. You know where it is, right? How to get there? What are your suggestions for toilet tissue ads in the USA? ####### and feces are not dirty words either. How much more colorful our toilet tissue ads could be if they stopped shwing cartoon bears rubbing the tissue on their FACE! Gee...I hope people can figure out what it is really for.

For my part, I especially enjoy Ukrainian menstrual products ads...such as the one where the cop pulls over a woman driver and the woman goes hysterical. The cop asks "What is YOUR problem?" To which she takes her Kotex maxi-pads from her shopping bag and begins pelting the cop with them..."THIS is my problem!!!!" How 'bout it Cleo? Realistic enough for you?

Geez, Gary, I wouldn't think you'd be so sensitive about such an issue.

I agree that the word ####### should be used more in advertising, and not just for toilet paper.

I'm reminded of a commercial in the 80s for some kind of ####### cooling product (Tucks medicated pads, maybe?). It featured a guy with a feathered hairdo and puppy-dog eyes looking earnestly into the camera, as if imploring the viewer to sympathize with him and his sensitive ####### tissues. It was very weird. Unfortunately, I don't think he ever said, "#######." Of course, it was the Brits who brought us the ingenious term "ringpiece."

I can't ever take anyone seriously that utters the phrase 'if you don't like it, you can go home'. I am at home

I really think Stayfree should bring back the meadow. I miss the meadow. It was so easy to make a connection between cramping and bleeding, and meadows. Now it's all so confusing.

because in the meadow is where bambi's mother died! and there was lots of blood! horrible horrible scene, lots of pain!

I'm a big fan of the--shall we say--earthier marketing approach in Britain. Last time I was over, I brought back some "wind relief" tablets from Boots for my brother.

I'm not really a fan of euphemisms, they do seem to make people act very silly.
