Normally they are, yes. I would suggest making an infopass appointment. Take your biometrics letter with you.

So, I think you just want to know particularly about "Latham office" right? Anyone from the area?

If you can't get exact answer here, just try it if that office is not too far... Many people did it without problems, you know
