Hello everyone,

I need some help on behalf of my mom and info on what's next after paying the $70 processing fee. Do we need to wait for documents comming from USCIS, or do I have to download all the proper documents, if so what are the documents need to download.

I went print the reciept and the cover page after paying the $70 processing fee.

Thanks again

i believe your papers are already in NVC and not in USCIS anymore. but i would suggest to check our friends' timeline which will show you and tell you what they did, right after each of the paperworks.

im not in the right position to give all the detailed advice on what to do best but thats what i always do.. to check and almost everyones' timelines are just as helpful as the operator at NVC... hehehehhe... hehehehe.. i mean on what to do after such and such.. it gives you clue..

and im 101% sure that minutes from now... someone will be giving you the most helpful answer from anyone of our friends here.

Greetings!

steps:

1.noa1 reciept.

2.noa2 approval letter.

3.approved petition is sent to NVC. NVC will assign a new Manila case number and will generate AOS bill of $70 and DS-3032 Choice of Agent.

4.sign or email them back that you are going to be your mom's choice of agent which i believed you are right now.and then at the same time pay $70 online, once the status is changed to paid print the cover sheet and along with that send the following documents back to NVC:

a. AOS cover sheet (the one you printed after AOS bill was paid).

b. I-864 package form. fill it out and make sure to sign and date.

c. W'2's.

d. Income tax return copy.

e. employment letter if you can obtain one.

f. pay stubs if you have.

g. must add proof of citizenship copy.

5. on the other hand when you send them back DS3032 it will now generate the immigrant bill of $ 400.00 ,pay the bill and once the status is paind online print it again and attached it to the ff documents:

a. DS 230 cover sheet ( after paying the $400,print the cover sheet).

b. DS 230 form, let your mom answer it and make sure to sign only PART I as PART II wil be later during interview.

c. birth certificate( your mom's).

d. marriage certificate ( your mom's if applicable )

e. passport copy ( your mom's).

f. NBI.

g. 2 (2x2) photos (your mom's).

h. birth certificate ( your's).

i. marriage certificate ( your's)

Once everything is accepted at NVC they will now review all documents ,once the case is completed they will send you an email of your mom's medical and interview appointment letter and along with the appointments it has also the list of what your mom might be missing with regards to the documents or if not the docs.she neded for the interview, the case will be forwarded to Manila Embassy.

medical appointment:

1. let her print the appointment letter/interview.

2. $213.35 medical fee in pesos.

3. 2x2 photos ( i asked my mom 6 photos just incase).

4. original passport.

5.I.D.

6 may bring copies of Notices but not necessary if she has the appointment letter.

I hope it helps.

If your AOS is showing as PAID then print out the barcoded cover sheet and send in your AOS package:

Recommended AOS package:

I-864 Coversheet (with barcode) for payment of $70

Form I-864 (signed and dated)

2009 Federal Tax Return/W2 and 1099s or IRS tax transcript.

2008 Federal Tax Return and W2 and 1099s or IRS tax transcript.

2007 Federal Tax Return/W2 and 1099s or IRS Tax Transcript

Letter of Employment

Pay stub(s) from the most recent six months

Bank Statements.

Remember, the USC petitioner will file a I-864 regardless of income. If your joint sponsor lives in the same household as the petitioner, then they will use I-864A. If they live in a separate residence, then they will fill in another I-864.

For your joint sponsor you will need proof of their citizenship/residency. For household member, you will need proof of relationship and same household/residence.
