Hello everyone,PLEASE HELPPPPP!!!!!!!!

Went for I-485 interview in Boston on March 18 2010!Few words about our case first:I came to US with a working visa(H2B) in 2006 and i was legal all the way till Octomber 2009( extensions)Me and my wife we meet in January 2008( i was in vacantion in NH)!We got married in July 2009,move toghether .....

Went for interview on March 18 2010,the interview was early(8.00 am),the officer(a young lady, around 26 years old)! After we swore and sit she ask for our id's,certificate of marriage,my passport and all the I-94's,birth certificates from both of us,my ead card, the advance parole(I received my EAD and AP like a month before the interview)! Then she ask how we meet, wend, wend did u got married, where,if our parrents met,and also asked me the name of her parents ! After that she ask if we have any kids,we say no!Ask if we work, say yes!All easy soo far! She ask also for proof of marriage,i give her the cars registration w same address, lease agreement, joint back account, cars insurance in both names, few utility bills on my wife name, also other bank statemns only in my name from different accounts, purchase agreement for a new car(only on my name)! She ask me why is only on my name, and i told her my wife credit score is not great, and buying the car on my name only make sense because i got a lower interest rate!!! Then she ask us if we have direct deposit, and we said no because we work in restaurant bussiness both of us and all the checks are void,we get tips every day! After that she ask me why our lawyer is from Florida ( We live on Cape Cod,Ma),and i told her because a friend of mine recomended to me and also was cheap too!We use our lawyer just for the paper work,he didnt attend to the interview! She also ask for some pictures of us and we gave her :from wedding, from home and other different locations ! She made me point some people on the photo album !After that she went with me to all the "NO" questions, all answer with NO ! All toghether like 15 minutes or less,no crazy questions, she was profesional and quite pleasant ! Then, she ask me if i have copys for the documents,i gave the them to her(all in a separate folder,in good order) She told me i can take my originals ,but she KEPT MY I-94 CARD AND EXTENSIONS and also the ADVANCE PAROLE PAPERS and she stampled in a folder !I ask if she need the pictures too because i have copies of them and se said NO!

After that she told my i am gone get the decision thru mail in 2 weeks ! No passport stampled,no yes or no,nothing!!! WHAT I SHOULD EXPECT ? Please ,i am worried, specially because we think the interview was easy and everything went well ! Anyone in same situation????????

I guess you're good! And what she meant by expect it in mail is your Green Card. You don't need the parole and EAD card anymore since you will have your Green Card soon and that's good for working and travelling. :) Congrats!
