Does anyone know how much of the things the Consulate asks for actually needs to be xeroxed too? We have a lot of evidence of support and domicile and such ... do they ask for their coppies of each thing along the way or all at once at the beginning?

They couldn't possibly of all the things they list (like the self-addressed envelope, for example).

I assume you haven't started yet, since you have no timeline. You should take this one step at a time.

You will present your financial information - I-134 - at the interview, same with domicile, keep a copy of whatever you want back. If you show them a document they might just keep it. If, for instance, your proof of domicile is a deed to your house, you might want that back.

You are K1, there is no need for a pile of evidence of domicile. Also, with support, for the I-134, you don't really need a pile of evidence either.

Anyway, back to your question, if you want a document back - take a photocopy.
