yeah, that is how most people do it. You might get an RFE for the DS 230, but it will be a false one since you havent sent it yet. (or maybe you sent it a couple of days after the AOS)

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

Thank you for your reply, that's what my husband did, he send it off last Thursday ( Alaska time ) but he will send the DS230 on Tuesday..So things should be alright...

thanks. If i was tracking the right package it would have been delivered on friday manila time. So your husband is in anchorage huh? Im near fairbanks.....north pole.

Yes he is from Anchorage, I have heard about North pole ,there is a place for Santa Clause , it seems that your wife will be with you by summer.

How I miss fishing it was AWESOME!!!..The adrenaline rush when you catch a big one!
