AOS(Affidavit of Support)

Ok, so for the AOS it is stated that I have to yet fill up another Affidavit of Support. But this time I was just recently laid off from my job(2 weeks ago). So what should I do in this case ?

I wont know till around 4-6 weeks from now. They are investigating.

If you are eligible for unemployment, and your benefits are at least 125% of the poverty level for your household size, then you should be alright. But you will probably want to wait until you have some income to claim before you file the I-864 and the AOS package. Hopefully, you will find another job quickly.

UE benifits are very "iffy" to use as income, as they do not last for very long.

I would line up a co-sponsor, just in case.
