My wife's South African passport is expiring soon. Does any one know of an agency that helps with foreign passport renewals?

It may take some time to get new passport...

She should go to the South African embassy/consulate in USA. They will change the passport. There is one in New York, one in Los Angeles and one in Washington DC. It takes 15-30 days until she will get the new one.
