The answer may depend on who the co-sponsor(s) are - do they live with you in the same household? (Assuming they don't live with you, they would use the I-864)

You really just need to pick one - go with the strongest one.

**Topic doesn't appear to be K-1 Procedures-related; moving thread to AOS Forum.

I was thinking I would use my mom, She is married and we are currently living with her. She makes roughly 39,000 a year anually. But has 5 children including me, that all live with her. So that would be 6 if you include my wife. If we included her husband that would be 7 but I don't think we would include him ? If we do then she does not meet the requirments but if we don't then she meets them alone. Furthermore, she is in the middle of getting a divorce with her husband .. so I'm not sure if we could use him as a sponsor too ? Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated here.

Yeah, I don't know if the sponsor's husband would need to be counted or not (the I-864 has lengthy instructions on how to count your household). So your mom's husband is the other potential co-sponsor.

Is there a third option?
