What about the forms? Should I submit the photocopies or the original? And I live in Walla Walla, Washington. In what office am I going to submit my AOS application? Thanks so much for all your help.!

forms should ALL be original... AOS to chicago lockbox... refer to guides at top of page

hey, it is original forms and copies of everything else - but you must have originals of everything else with you. if you send the i-485 and i-130 concurrently it should go to the Chicago Lockbox facility regardless of where you live.

Yup everything else is photocopy. they do not want originals unless they specifically request them since you will not be getting them back. Make sure to keep the originals with you for the interview and/or possible RFEs

btw for tax returns we got these "tax transcripts" from IRS - they are free and you can get them by mailing a form from the IRS website, they arrive in the mail and we photocopied them also.

we already have a copy of our ITR. i already made copies and hope it will work. i have another question. its about medical exam. my medical exam was more than 1 year ago already. what should i do now? should i go have a medical check up before i submit my AOS application?
