Hi,

I am filling all the forms and getting ready for the K-1 interview tomorrow.

Questions #20 and 21

What should I say for current occupation. I am currently a student (of a US university) and registered for classes there (did some online when I was here waiting for my k1 to be processed). I was going to school there part time while working on h1-b. Then I quit work and had to come back to my country to get the K-1 visa. I don't work in my country or go to school in my country, but will continue school when i get back to the US on k-1. Should I put that field as "None"? Or should I put "student"?

Question #33 -

Should I put that I intend to go to school in the US for this question? As I will be.

THanks a lot for your responses.

for occupation, if you are currently a student and do not work, I would put "student"

about intending to go to school, you may also put unknown if you'd like, it does not really matter (I think)

Good luck on your interview!!
