Hello everyone! I am still working on my AOS and the Instructions on the I-485 state that I send 4 passport photographs total, but yet going by the other forms involved in the AOS like the i-130, I-765 and I-485, etc, it looks like I may need more passport photographs. can anyone please tell me if I need separate pictures from the ones required in form I-485(4) and others for EAD, I-130 etc.

Do I also need more than 1 original copy of my Marriage certificate for all the forms that require it or 1 is good for the whole AOS stuff? crying.gif

You will need a total of 6 passport photos; 2 for the I-485, 2 for the I-131 (I'm assuming you mean I-131 not I-130) and 2 for the I-765. (Each form requires its own set of supporting evidence/documents even if/when submitting all at the same time.) As for the marriage certificate - it is a supporting document for the I-485/AOS only; not needed for EAD or AP.

If you haven't already seen it - you should be following This Guide
