HI PLEASE HELP

JUST WANTED TO KNOW IF ANYONE COULD GIVE ME SOME INFO:

A WEEK BACK MY ATTOURNEY ASKED US TO PAY 380$ AND 70$

AND SAID ITS FOR THE VISA FEE AND AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT.

I JUST WANTED TO KNOW HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE CASE TO BE COMPLETED AFTER PAYING FOR THIS.

THANKS AND GOD BLESS U ALL.

Filed: Timeline

bombay,

Typically a few months. Will depend in part on how quickly the applicant responds to subsequent mailings that the NVC will send out after the fees have been paid.

What did your attorney tell you when you asked them this question?

Yes, those are the fees for Immigrant Visa and Affidavit of Support respectively. If everything goes well, your NVC process should be complete by two months from now. Good Luck.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

That might be a bit optimistic if the OP is using a lawyer and isn't using the shortcuts.
