Hello! :crying: :crying: I have had a CS transcribe my vaccination records into the I-693 form, which is great! my problem now is I do not have any examination records from my country(Nigeria) as the US consulate official at Lagos did not return my medical exam form to me. I was told to hang on to my vaccination records but no one said anything about the medical exaM which includes blood works etc. I would love someone to tell me if the USCIS would be satisfied that the US consulate must have seen and examined my US consulate ordered medicals exam in Nigeria.

Does the US consulate in Nigeria mail my US consulate ordered medical exam to Chicago where I have to mail my request for adjustment of status? The I-693 form clearly that I do not need a new medical examination as long as my medicals was done less than 1 year before I file for AOS.

It was in the envelope you handed to the officer when you entered the USA... The USCIS should have it as the POE sends it to them

YMMV

Thanks so much! I have been so stressed over this AOS that I did not even remembered I had given an envelope to someone at my POE!! Does this then mean I can just send my I-1693 and vacccine records with out any new exam records?

Even though we submitted the I693 that immunizations that were transcribed by a civil surgeon because he had his medical done within a year, we still got an RFE for full medical exam. We went ahead and had the exam again. We waited over a month to see if our senator could do anything and they coudn't so that delayed us. I'm just saying that even though you follow the rules to be prepared because alot of people get RFEs for medical. Good luck to you!
