Hi,

i am in the US on a K1 visa.. after marriage i have applied for the adjustment of status, I got RFE for the medical examination form which i suppose the USCIS misplaced. I have to get my medical again as i dont have the original medical completed overseas. I have the photocopy. i dont want to take any risk of getting an RFE again so i thought to get my medical again. I would like to know, how many days will it take to get over with medical.

will the civil surgeon provide the completed form I693 on the day 1. or will he ask to come again to collect the form.

please reply.

Thanks in advance.

It varies from one civil surgeon to another. My friend in Las Vegas was told to return three days later.

Here's the list of recommended CS:

Thanks to those who have contributed.

I hope your case process resumes fast.
