I called and they said it can take up to 8 wks to get it back (because of the time of year there are alot of weddings.). I am kinda nervous about that cause his I -194 expires on the 17th but so far it appears we will still b ealright since we are married within the alloted time frame.

Yeah that wind makes all the difference. Have you seen Lord of The Rings? The wind swops down like the Eagles in that movie and takes you away. In Alaska the wind isn't that bad unless there is a storm, but then who in the Hell would be outside. We even had to plug the car in, to keep the engine block from cracking.

Don't stress...Mikel's I-94 expired in July and we didn't file until September. I think that main thing is that you marry in the 90 days. Hope you get the certificate back soon!

DW and MrsTee--Eric and I explained the urgency to our pastor he gave the marriage certificate to me and we walked it up to the courthouse, we sat there and waited for them to copy certificate 3xs and stamp with seal then sign them. Then we walked out like Whew
