Hi i have been married for 12 years and have an aos interview on 24th march it came really quick. My problem is i sent off my british passport to be renewed so when i have my interview and asks to see my passport what will happen. I have an american driver licence for id and ssn and co[ies of my entry into the usa. I have been out of status since 1998 and i was told that i will be forgiven as long as dont try to leave becuase i am marrie to a usc, i also have 2 kids both usc.

any reason you think they will need to see your passport?
