Question on visiting

Hey all,

I have a quick question; my Fiancée and I are about to mail our I-129F, which I must add, the use of this site has been unbelievably helpful. I have been with her in Georgia 2 times, twice for 2 month stays, both on I-94 visas.

Our question is, is there a boundary where if I am to visit her between now and the issuing of the K-1 (please God that happens smoothly) I will need to wait 90 days before I use it, like there is after returning on an I-94? For example, if say I were to visit her on an I-94 in June and the K-1 was issued in September, would I have to clear 90 days from when I returned in June before I departed using the K-1?

If I'm understanding the question correctly; No, there is no boundary - you may use the K-1 the day it is issued (regardless of previous visits). Technically you could 'use' the K-1 visa anywhere from the day it is issued until it expires 6 months later, but there is no requirement to wait.
