I-485 Request for initial evidence question

Dear All,

I got this request for initial evidence today asking me to submit my medical report to USCIS Lee's Summit MO office. Unfortunately, just day before I sent my medical report to Chicago lockbox facility and I sent it without waiting for any RFE. I mentioned my receipt number on the medial exam when I sent it to Chicago lockbox.

Now should I get another copy of my medical exam from my dr.'s office and re-sent it? I think its not going to be very easy to get another copy of my medical form. Or should I safely assume that USCIS Chicago would transfer my medical report to USCIS office in Lee's Summit, MO?

I'm really concerned about the whole situation. Your response would be appreciated to the max. Thank you.

So you sent evidence before they asked for it? That's not a good idea - it may/may-not link up with your I-485 (and I'd assume it will not catch up to your case).

If it were me - I'd get another copy of it and follow the directions on the RFE notice on how to respond.

Yes I'm gonna have to get a copy and send it again along with RFE letter.
