so i created an account to get updates to my email address...Now that i am anticipating my approval in the next few weeks, i went back to check my current status. But couldn't login since i forgot my password. On top of that i also forgot, the answer to my security question. Feeling pretty stupid but that the mess of so many accounts, you forget the important ones.

Does anybody know whats the best way to proceed. If you can direct me to a URL that can help, it would be great. Have you experienced this before?

Hi it happend to me allso you dont have to go in and check your case, IF there is any updates they will email you on your email that you gave the uscis website the first time you created an account so make sure you remember which email you gave them for ref

or you can choose the forgot user name and password section and then type your email then they will send you the info in the email
