I think my husband is amazing!!! he pulled it off and I didnt have any faith... doesnt help he couldnt remember who how when what or where the package was at the time of my freak out.... but... he did listen to everything I said... every single required documents was in there and... he sent me a beautiful scarf and some more bindis and a neclace and ear rings

honestly I am totally amazed at his attention to detail...

Awww how sweet of him! My hubby has been wanting to send me & our daughter some jewelry but I was afraid of the package being open and stolen so I told him to just bring it with him. So if its send FedEx, I can receive it?

Lots of paperclips or those black clips. Whatever you send in -- folders, paperclips, black clips, binders, etc. -- is going to be taken apart and not returned to you anyway.

Do you have to send the AOS package first? I know they can be sent together without an issue. Our AOS looks like it's going to take a few days (I'm not risking it. We're going to use our joint sponsor even if she takes her time with the documents.), but the IV package is ready to go as soon as we get the barcode sheet. Would sending the IV package first cause problems?

So, I just got off the phone with a *very* helpful USCIS agent! Spoke to a couple of them yesterday, and sorry to say it, they were not exactly the sharpest tools - gave me conflicting advice and didn't know what was going on.

She confirmed that they start scheduling interviews beginning the second week of the month for the following month because that's when they get appointment info from the embassies. It seems they schedule them until all the appointments for the following month are allocated, so sometimes it happens sooner, other times it happens later. I guess that means they'll start scheduling appointments March 8 for April Now it sorta makes sense why they wait till the second week (to get appointment info from the embassies), before it was sounding like a really weird NVC rule that made no sense at all

Maybe you will get yours in time to have a happy 8 Марта (its womens day that is celebrated in Europe. Women are suppose to get flowers. Kind of like Valentines day but for women only if some are you wondering what I meant)

Thats strange some of you are getting an error msg, I was able to log in and had no error but of course said its not paid & still in process. Maybe thats the error for me, should say paid

Aww... asked you how old she was and then saw her age in your timeline... her birthday is a couple of days apart from mine :) I am sure it's a matter of just several more weeks until you are reunited with your DH!

Well, she is 6mo but she was born 3mo early (stress with all this & hubby being gone) So yes, I met her way early but she is doing well, thank God. And yes, its exciting to be a mom. Could not picture life without her. He too feels the same but he has yet to meet her. I have sent over 5 thousand pictures & put about 100 videos on a private You Tube account but still not the same.

Good to hear that she is doing well, she must've been so tiny and adorable when she was born! My gf had both of her babies prematurely and she says it was much easier with childbirth, but she always tries to find positives in everything Although I am sure when you are a mom, that's the last thing you think about... your baby's health comes first.

My hubby is American, I am a beneficiary... lived here for a while though and we've been together since 2002

Yes, she was pretty tiny but yes very cute.

I hope we will be able to fly through NVC. We do have an attorney so thats helps with paperwork & making sure they are correct of the bet. May will be a year since he has been done
