Double check on the instructions for the I-485, but if it just says "copy of the marriage certificate" then you're fine.

Oh by the way i just found out that i have a translated certificate copy of my birth certificate issued by the City Hall in my country with apostile and a bunch of stamps and signatures i remember that all this was to make the copy legal or something like this can i use this for 'a copy of birth certificate with English translation' ?

USCIS is very keen that all documents be in English, or accompanied with complete English translations. If your official birth certificate, with official seals and everything, is totally in English, then no translation is necessary, and you can send them a photocopy of both sides of the document as it stands. If there are blocks of foreign text on it, then you should probably get a certified translation of the whole thing made, and send that with the photocopy of both sides of the original.

Can i just send a copy of our marriage certificate or it have to be a 'certified copy' and how i can get this 'certified copy' if it's needed?

Send a copy of the certified copy.

We sent a certified copy which you can get from the court house that is to issue it. Not sure if you can send a normal copy, it doesn't say that you can't. We only sent the certified because they gave them to us before the real one was mailed so we didn't have to wait for it.

02/27/2010 EAD arrived in mail (Day 51)

03/03/2010 Filed for change in address

03/08/2010 Received change in address confirmation

03/29/2010 INTERVIEW AT 9:30AM - APPROVED (Day 81)

03/31/2010 Card production ordered. YEY!

04/24/2010 Card received after all the trouble!

01/03/2012 Filed I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions of Residence

01/11/2012 Received Notice of Action Dated 01/06/2012
