I'm getting ready to file AOS for my wife this week. I'm just wondering if anyone knows the success rate on AOS for K-1s? I've heard it's almost all successful if filed during the 3 month period of entry into the USA.

i've never heard anybody denied for AOS :unsure:

03.14.2011 -------I-751 sent overnight

03.15.2011 -------package says "Delivered"

03.30.2011 -------ASC Appointment Notice Received

04.22.2011 -------Biometrics Appointment

08.29.2011--------APPROVED! GC RECEIVED!

We had no problems at all. Its usually simply a matter of filing the papers.

Just make sure you have all the required docs and forms.

There are still ways to mess up, but in general, for 99% of couples, AOS is easy. (except for these medicals - :ranting:) but we can help you with that if (when) the RFE comes.

K-1:

January 28, 2009: NOA1

June 4, 2009: Interview - APPROVED!!!

October 11, 2009: Wedding

AOS:

December 23, 2009: NOA1!

January 22, 2010: Bogus RFE corrected through congressional inquiry "EAD waiting on biometrics only" Read about it here.

March 15, 2010: AOS interview - RFE for I-693 vaccination supplement - CS signed part 6!

March 27, 2010: Green Card recieved

ROC:

March 1, 2012: Mailed ROC package

March 7, 2012: Tracking says "notice left"...after a phone call to post office.
