HELP ON NVC

I recently got approved and i want to check if the USCIS has sent the package to NVC, however they are always busy and not responding to my emails or the phone calls. It is always busy. So what should i do from here. :help: :help: :help: :help:

Our Journey For K1 Visa

11/18/2009 - NOA1 Hard Copy Received

02/13/2010 - NOA2 Hard Copy Received

03/04/2010 - K1 Visa Packet 3 Arrived

05/04/2010 - Interview - APPROVED !!!

05/19/2010 - My Shah comes to the USA via CHICAGO :)

06/02/2010 - Apply for SSN

06/25/2010 - WE GOT MARRIED!!!!! :)

Our Journey For AOS

07/07/2010 - Start AOS process - Another 2 years, but my Shah is with me :)

07/08/2010 - AOS & EAD Sent to Chicago Lockbox

07/12/2010 - AOS & EAD NOA1 Received

07/26/2010 - AOS & EAD Appointment Letter Received

08/19/2010 - AOS & EAD Biometrics Taken

08/21/2010 - AOS Transfer to California Service Center

09/04/2010 - Received EAD Card :). It is A Very Happy Day :(

10/12/2010 - Received REF Missing Page on I-485 :(

11/08/2010 - Received Green Card for 2 Years :)

Congrats on the approval. Be patient (I know, it's hard). The USCIS sends out the whole thing to the NVC as soon as it gets approved basically. It took ours about 1.5 to 2 weeks to get to the NVC (thats just an estimate of course) and for us to get the receipt letter from the NVC.

You can contact the NVC (about 2 to 3 weeks after approval) to find out when/if thex received your case and when/if it left the NVC for the embassy. I'm not sure if the USCIS would even be able to help you right now.

Chances are the package was received and sent out to the consulate already. Do you have your case #?

03/27/2009: Engaged in Ithaca, New York.
08/17/2009: Wedding in Calcutta, India.
09/29/2009: I-130 NOA1
01/25/2010: I-130 NOA2
03/23/2010: Case completed.
05/12/2010: CR-1 interview at Mumbai, India.
05/20/2010: US Entry, Chicago.
03/01/2012: ROC NOA1.
03/26/2012: Biometrics completed.
12/07/2012: 10 year card production ordered.

09/25/2013: N-400 NOA1

10/16/2013: Biometrics completed

12/03/2013: Interview

12/20/2013: Oath ceremony

keep trying the number.............it takes several (sometimes 20) redials to get through their phone. I was getting worried too but its just a matter of hitting the redial button till you get through..........
