Well, I got my first reject when sending in my wife's visa application. I forgot to fill out line 30 which is supposed to show where she lived from 16 yrs old and on. I thought I checked everything over very carefully, but I missed this section all together.

I also forgot to make a copy of it for myself. Now I have to start all over again. I filled out all the other forms on Adobe Acrobat, but this one I did with my wife by hand when I was seeing her in the philippines last August so she could sign the application.

So this time I am going to type it all out on Adobe, and send it to my wife email. She can print it out and send it directly to NVC.

I am nervous about this sense she is not very computer savvy, but it would take too long by mail.

Anyone else run into this problem? What are you using for forms? Visa Pro? The only thing I am not sure about Visa Pro forms are that they print out the sections in dark blue. Would the NVC accept this, or should I just download the forms from the NVC website?

thanks,

martinbr

If you're concerned, why not simply download the form from the DOS website? http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/81807.pdf
