No NOA yet

I filed our 129f july 17th but still havn't received an NOA yet, is this normal? :unsure:


july 2004 met online first time through a good friend

april 2006 reintroduced

may 2006 things start heating up

june 2006 fly to manila to meet her and propose

july filed 129f

aug 11 received csc

aug 17 noa1

oct 24 approved

oct 30 noa2 rec

nov13 recd nvc

nov21 lft nvc

nov24 recvd manila

feb 15 med exam

feb 22 interview

feb 22 approved

My application was received on the 19th and Im still waiting as well, another VJer whos application was received the 18th has already received NOA1...

Im going to try and not freak out until the 30 day mark...ugh!


July 17 2006 Sent I-129F to TSC

July 19 2006 packet received by TSC

July 27 2006 case received at CSC

July 28 2006 touched (to process/send NOA1)

Aug 01 2006 check cashed

Aug 05 2006 NOA1 received in mail

Oct 03 2006 Touched (RFE sent)

Oct 10 2006 RFE received and responded to

Oct 17 2006 Touched (CSC reply to RFE response)

Nov 06 2006 NOA2

Nov 21 2006 NVC sent to Manila

Blah

Blur

Drone

March 27 2007 Interview

April 02 2007 Visa delivered

April 05 2007 Happiness delivered

April 06 2007 First day of the rest of our lives

The NOA-1 can take 2-3 weeks. Monitor your bank account, to see when your check gets cashed.

The NOA-1 should not be far behind.

Good luck in your process.

Too early to worry now, has check cleared your account yet?

i mailed a money order made out to USCIS should i have made it payable to Homeland Security? thx, mike

The NOA-1 can take 2-3 weeks. Monitor your bank account, to see when your check gets cashed.

The NOA-1 should not be far behind.

i flew to manila july 18th arrived the 20th stayed 8 days. this process is so long

Ya, not sure that money orders can be tracked. No worries.

Once you do get the NOA-1, set up an account at the USCIS website. You can follow your case progress and get e-mail notification of significant changes.

Dont freak out its very normal. I for a few other people and I on here it took almost 1 month to get the NOA1. Hang in there.
