will packet number 3 be sent me (petitioner) in america or my fiance (beneficiary) in el salvador. If the embassy in el salvador only sends packet 3 to my fiance it could cause some real difficulties for me because i have been the one filling out all the paper work and she doesnt completely understand everything that is going on.

The beneficiary will recieve the packet 3. If you can have her scan it and email it to you, you could help explain what items she needs, and what forms to fill out. You can go over it to double check everything and there are plenty of us on VJ that would be willing to answer questions that you have... Good luck on your journey :)

we got the pack 4 yesterday but it was sent to US fiancé, pack had my name but his address

and i havent got nothing yet here in El Salvador.

So i dont know if this is the "usual" thing or what.

They'll mail packet 3 to your fiance.

I've found the forms on their website. So you can check them with her and help her fill them out. Good news is they have them in Spanish also.

(scroll down and you'll find K1 visa packets)

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.
