if the total is 71lbs or less, USPS has a flat rate large box for that.

you can also contact UPS but usps is cheaper. :)

One thing to think about, most carriers will not insure electronics if not in the original box, so you may be risking the value of the TV when you ship it.

UPS Ground, Insured.

But - since you are moving, wassup with the moving truck?

Moving across the country in a moving truck that YOU rented, that YOU loaded, that YOU drive, is a BIG THING - a part of Americana Experience - YOU SHOULD DO IT !! nudge nudge.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

are you travelling alone? ie - no one else?

since you not have 'much stuffs' - then there is no bed and furniture and appliances.

Put the laptop and tv in the car, drive to louisiana.

Having a car is useful. Having a car in Louisiana is even more useful.

Don't transport it - YOU DRIVE IT, instead. Will be a GREAT mini-vacation for you, clear yer mind o stress.
