Sign in failed - Completed per AVR - RFE

First of all my sign in failed, then I heard the message on AVR that my case is complete and I will hear from them in 8 weeks.

And couple of days later I received an email that they need Passport Police Certificate.

Has anybody seen this?

I did not include Passport PCC in with DS-230 package. It worked out ok for me as I had received Passport PCC from my spouse. I did send RFE with Passport PCC .

But my only fear is, I have not sent original. I sent photocopy of passport where they have stamped police clearence and color photocopy of Passport PCC. I hope it works.

This is normal, I also received an RFE for Passport PCC after case was complete. You will submit the original Passport PCC to vfs office 7-10 days before interview.
