Hi,

I've got an important question and would like little bit of advise.

I just sent my Adjustment of Status documents, received the letter that case is open.

We are married 7 months already, but just send them recently.

I have an expired B2 visa since October.

would it be enough for me having the marriage license, letter from USCSI and my passport to fly?

Important - I didn't get the driver license yet. So, cannot use that option.

Thank you in advance.

Yes, you'll be fine for domestic travel. I flew numerous times while I was pending adjustment of status and just used my passport, but I did bring my documentation just to be on the safe side.

Moving your thread from the AOS forum to the Working & Traveling section.
