Hi,

I have found someone who may be willing to co-sponsor my hani. He asked me to show him where the I-134 states if for 90 days or 4 months. I cant find it now.

and he also asked if it would be ok to send a note with the form that states he does not know us closely but is willing to cover hani if he uses any means based things. He is concerned with the idea what if my Hani becomes a person of interest, will he be dragged into it.

The I-134 doesn't state anything about length of time as it is a multi-use form. The 90 days is the length of time that your fiance's I-94 will be valid. The K1 visa requires the alien to marry or leave in that time. A note isn't needed as the I-134 is the sponsor's statement that they will be liable.

Will you need this same person for the affidavit of support for Adjustment of Status? If so, have them read through the I-864. That is a longer and more binding commitment.
