Hello!

My fiance has to send the package we put together but he talked to me about now the G325A number of copies changed and they just need one instead four, as all of you know.

I know have been many topics about it but we just want to make sure...

1) It's ok with just one copy of the G325A or they will need 4?

2)Someone tried successfully sending just one copy after USCIS announced that change?

Thank you to everybody once again!

God bless

One copy with the new form (posters indicate they sent in one - no issues)

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

Bottom line... It is not what anyone here says that matters but what the USCIS says. Always the best practice to send the most recent edition but in this case the previous edition will be accepted.

The latest edition date of G325a is 6/12/09 - it is ONE COPY

As stated in the USCIS website - previous edition is accepted.

Ours were signed and dated in April 09 so they were completed and signed prior to the latest edition release and were required to use that edition.

If you are completing or completed the forms after 6/12/09 you are fine to use the single copy current edition. This is not my opinion but factual information as listed on USCIS. (Either is ok at this time but always check first as information may change).
