Here is why it wont work!!! "Western Antibiotics" have little or nothing to do with overpopulations in 3rd world countries. I seriously dont know where you get such misinformation from.

So what does then? Or should they just continue to 'breed', then only to put their hand out and expect me to pay for them? Some of the poorest African countries have populations that are almost 60% that of the US's and are only growing.

Rather than having child after child after child, it's about time some countries start behaving in a manner proportional to their wealth.

Well they have learned that all you need to do is continue to have kids, then cry poor and have the naive and ignorant foreigner pay for it.

Heck it's the same deal with the poor here. They have three to five kids, while not even working, yet uncle Booyah is forced to pay for it. Pay for these kids schooling, pay for these kids lunches and so on. Then the cycle continues with their kids.

I'm saying that over population is a huge problem, especially in 3rd world countries. The west is not helping by providing so many freebies in the form of food and medicine to these countries, instead the west is making it worse.
