I am in the final stages of checking all of the documents for AOS. I will do EAD and AP with this packages. I have a few questions to verify.

1) The instruction said the G325A require 4 copies....but other forms only require 1...is this correct?

2) I counted 6 passport photos required for the package....is this correct?

Only a single G-325A is needed - the VJ Guides need to be updated to reflect the new form put out last year. The I-485, I-765 etc are single copy forms.

Correct - each form (AOS, EAD and AP) requires their own individual evidence/support documents.

thanks...

I can't remember where i saw the requirements for G325A that said 4 forms are required. I know it's somewhere else beside the VJ guides.

Where ever it is - it either has-been or needs-to-be updated (4 copies was the way it was but not how it is now).

Yep I agree with Otto and Karin. I just hopped onto the USCIS website and downloaded the new form. Just one page! However if you already filled out the previous edition it is still acceptable as stated on the website. But for the trouble I'd download the new one, no sense in signing and dating four copies if only one is required!!!

Always remember to check the USCIS website for the latest forms. A few minute search can save an RFE later.

Best Wishes and Good Luck with your AOS process!!!!!!!!
