Help need more advice again..

I been here for 9 months and in that time frame I tried so hard to save the marriage. I never thought I will write in here .I used to give advices to people and read stories of VJ members. Now, I am on the same spot like they do.

I love my husband to the fact that i am verbally ,emotionally and psychologically abuse by him. The cheating part is another thing. I am in the process of my AOS but I feel so down right now that I wanted to get out of the marriage and just go back home. I always heard from my husband to kick me out in the house and send me ASAP to my country just to get rid of me. I got new news that I discovered recently he been cheating on me before I even came here. That part hurts the most because he shouldn't brought me here and then when he is caught on his action immediately wanted to send me back in my country. I am so tired and stress for all of what he been doing to me and my family never had any clue what's going on with me here. I do have a good job ,good friends unfortunately I am not when it come to someone I married. He has kids who has issues too drinking ,smoking and some drugs stuff. I know whats going on in the house and I cant even say more what i knew because he will defend his kids. They are good liars too and most of the time get away with it.

I have a sister who is graduating in college by March I supported for now .I am asking help to one friend if she can help me find a lawyer. I can't file for a divorce since it is acceptable in my country. The only person who is allowed is the petitioner . After the divorce, he has to file for annulment way back in my country we had records in there too.

He promised me before to take care of me and love me and being so faithful all are lies. . I have to start from stratch once I will go back to my own country. I worried about my sister she been depending on me for now. My visa will expires next year. I am venting here been 2 days hubby and I dont talk online we had few email exchange 12hrs.ago. What shocked me .."cheating for him is normal" because we fight and I love fighting. I didnt fight with him I was just asking of what I discovered and he started the fight.It was s simple question why he did it.

since your in the middle of AOS, finish the process and get your GC. but in the meantime, collect evidence of the abuses that you are claiming, you don;t have to get a divorce yet if you cant afford it anyway, but you canget a restraining order against him so he can;t further abuse you.

when it's time for you to remove conditions you won't need him.

actually he doesn't have to go w/you wjen it's time for your interview...

Thank you. I got an email from him accusing me of his kids where I didnt even say anything against them. He just told me to start looking for flights. Im broke right now because my money that was left I used it to pay for electric bills since the money he had in his atm is not enough .

If he wants you to go back, then he needs to pony up that cash. That's what credit cards are for.

Thank you.Im reading it and I have now an idea. He been telling me he never cheated on me wherein fact he had been doing stupid stuff behind my back and even his own kids had the feeling thier father had an extra-marital affair because he always irritable and out of money when they asked money from him. He blamed me for everything that I been hunting or looking for evidence to prove that he is wrong. He changed his explaination one word to another. He had a "good image" in this community and once his own friends will know what I been through all will be shocked. It has been a secret for so long how he treated me.

Im no longer allowed to use his credit cards way back Aug.when he started his affair which he always denied. Yes, he gave me his ATM but my god! There is not much money in there . He wanted me to get out of his house as soon as possible.

If he wants you to go back, then he needs to pony up that cash. That's what credit cards are for.

I'm not saying you should use his credit cards - tell him to buy the ticket if he wants you gone so badly. He told you to look for flights - find one, send him the info and let him book it.
