What embassy are you going to?

The one in PI?

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

Medical at St. Luke's is walk in, Marie. You don't have to set an appointment. Just go there with the following:

Medical exam fee

Passport

Four pieces of 2x2 photos

NVC letter & NOA2 copies

If you have already scheduled your interview, take the appointment letter with you during the medical exam.

You should be fine.

Hakuna matata.

God bless us all.

After the NOA2, your case will be transferred from the USCIS to the NVC and then it is sent to the U.S. Embassy in Manila.

Once your case reaches the Embassy, you may now take the medical exam and schedule your interview.

You have wasted so much time by waiting for something that will never come because St. Luke's doesn't send letters for the medical exam. After the NVC letter, the only things you will receive from the government are the Embassy's letter stating your eligibility to schedule an interview and your visa, of course.

Here are the requirements during the interview:

Don't wait for the Embassy to send you the letter of eligibility to schedule an interview. Call them now and choose your interview date:

+63-2-301-2000 ext. 5184-5185

1-909-101-7878

Your fiance may also dial 1-888-877-9888.

That 1-888... number requires a pin for $ 18 but can be used as many times as he likes until its expiration date.

Medical exam fee: $213.35

Make sure you have the MNL case number when you call the Embassy.

Again, take the medical exam now and read this:
