am OCT filer and expect my approval soon and wana to ask lil Questions about the I864 Form and we using co sponser which is MOM of my wife and she is at another state so she will file another I864

anyway thats the question i wana to asko about

Q 8 YES OR NO

Q 24B

does my mothers income go here

or i leave all that for her form

and from B to E all this area like is not marked right ?

Q 28 a-d asking about the immigirant or the USC?

First of all you fill out an 864 AND the Mom fills out an 864

Question 8 = Yes

24b = Your form you put your income... Moms form, she will put her household income

27 = N/A since no-one is filling out an 864a

28 = Moms form N/A , Your form, if you are using any income of the intending immigrant (it must be continuting when they get to the US) you would put that here, otherwise N/A
