I have my birth certificate from my country, they do not offer a "long form" just a nomral 8*11 but it has my parents name on the fron and all the birth info and on the back the stamps of approval. Will that be fine since it's not the "long form"? And if it is what do you bring to the interview, the original or a photocopy? Thanks

That sounds like the one, and you would need to mail in the photo copies and bring the original with to the interview.

Are you from Canada? Yes, as long as it has your parental information on it, it should be fine. Just provide a copy at this stage, front and back, but remember you have to have the "original" at the interview. Make sure as well, that it's in English.
