Hi everyone this is my first post.

I have my K1 Visa filed at Us embassy Islamabad. I have sent my packet 3 on January 8th. I have some confusions regarding Evidence of Support:

The embassy stated in its letter that they require credible evidence of financial support including Form I-134 from the petetioner and Tax returns from the sponsor for last year (2008). I have sent them the following documents as evidence:

1. Form 1-134 from my fiancee (Petetioner) stating her income near $ 2500.

2. Her last Tax Return for the year 2008.

3. Her employment letter showing her as a part time employee.

4. A statement from my fiancee that she is a full time student so her brother will be my co-sponsor.

5. Form I-134 from my fiancee's brother (Co-Sponsor).

5. Employment letter from Her brothers employer showing his salary ($47000) and his designation but they did not mention wether its temporary or permanent.

6. His Income tax return for 2008 showing his gross income at $ 30,101. He has no depandents.

Can anybody help me if this will work??? anybody who have delt with Us Embassy Islamabad?? Thanks for any advice

Did you include W-2's for those returns? (or any 1099's/schedules as needed)

(Moved from K-1 to Embassy - more related (I-134)

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS
