Hi, Just wondering if the HPV requirement has been done away with in the Dublin Embassy's DCF?

has it filtered through to the embassys yet? I rang to ask and all i was told was that you will have all the information I will need when I receive my Pakage 3!! I do not want to get it, not only for the $$$ sake but that i am not going to be forced to take a vaccine that not even the US citizens have to take themselves. If anyone had recently done their medical/interview with Dublins DCF please let me know. Thanks!

The CDC has announced that effective Decemeber 14, 2009, the HPV vaccine will no longer be required for immigrants applying for immigrant visa or adjusting their status from within the U.S.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS
