Hello, I used visajourney many years ago to get my fiancee (now wife and citizen!) over to the US and it was very useful! Now we want to bring her brother over.

Ideally we want her brother over here as soon as possible. From what we understand it will take around 10 years if she files for her brother directly. Another option is to file for her parents and wait until they become citizens (5 years), and they petition for her brother and family -- but how long does this part take? Assuming he is married with children at that time.

And are there any other legal/safe ways to bring them over sooner? Are there any options if he is here on a working visa, etc.. it's all about the speed.

Thank you!

A lot longer. An LPR cannot file for married children. Her parents will have to become US citizens first. Then it is another 10 years for a US citizen to petition for a married child. The total is at least 16 years; 1 year for parents to get green cards, at least 5 years for them to pass the citizenship test and gain citizenship, and 10 years to petition for a married child.

There is no other way to bring them to the US faster than for her to petition for her.

A work visa is not a viable option since it requires a US employer to petition for the work visa for the intending non-immigrant. The employer has to file lots of paperwork to show that no US worker qualified for the position could be found. Furthmore, it is a non-immigration visa which means that it is for limited duration. An H1B employment visa is only good for 3 years and can only be renewed once.
