Just wanted to say thanks to this helpful forum! My fiancee was approved on the 6th of Jan in Juarez! Our interview was on the 5th and we were lucky that her passport/paperwork was ready the next day! If anyone has any questions feel free to ask!

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Hi Boon,

Congratulations!! U both made it. Great!

I have a question for you both: Did your fiancee in Mexico have to get a criminal record paper? We call it reporte de antecedentes no penales. I am curious to know as we will have to go to Juarez soon. Any more advice your fiancee can give us will be greatly appreciated.
